inch worm

Susan posts video on her blog. The thought had never occurred to me that I could use my camera for video and post it. Technology is nuts.

If you've never met Mo, I should explain that he is neither hoarse nor sick. That's how he always sounds. That is how he sounded when he was 10 months old and said "mama" and "ball" for the first time.

Without further ado, here is a little moment from my day.

I think I'm in LOVE! He is precious! (Mo, that is...not the inchworm). It's so wonderful to hear your voice, Em!

I had never actually seen an inchworm (that I know of...), so this was exciting.

carey, how have you not seen an inchworm? i'm glad we could broaden your horizons here at dunbarnebraska.

Good question. I just don't think that I ever had it identified, or identified it myself, as an inchworm. What can I say? I grew up in Wisconsin, so I know a lot about the Peshtigo fire and that colored margarine was illegal (in WI) until 1967. I also know a lot about Bill Proxmire. I don't remember being educated about inchworms. I am glad that your kids will be more prepared to go into the world.

THE JOKE I SHOULD HAVE MADE:
Keeping colored margarine down? That's lactose-intolerance!
